What information is needed to identify a spare part?

Send the equipment model, serial number, nameplate, clear photos, critical dimensions and any available drawings.

Can parts be supplied for older cranes?

Availability depends on identification and compatibility. Existing dimensions and interfaces must be reviewed.

Are electrical components interchangeable?

Not automatically. Voltage, control logic, enclosure, protection level and hazardous-area requirements must be checked.

Can a recommended spares list be prepared?

A spare-parts package can be discussed after the crane model, duty and maintenance plan are confirmed.
